This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, renewals, and cancellations are handled for SolarHostPro services.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, usage, account status, and the timing of the request. Setup fees, domain-related fees, add-ons, and third-party service fees may be non-refundable.
Customers may request cancellation from the client area. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically guarantee a refund for previous payments.
Recurring services renew according to the selected billing cycle. Customers are responsible for cancelling services before renewal if they no longer wish to continue.
Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, spam, illegal activity, chargebacks, or Terms of Service violations may not be eligible for refunds.
Submit a support ticket from your client area with your invoice number, service name, and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed individually.
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider and customer bank.
